This item supports, tracks, or is required for the following health goals:
Improves erectile hardness and control.
Just like any other muscle, the pelvic floor can be trained for strength. "Reverse Kegels" (relaxation) are just as important as contractions, as a hypertonic (tight) pelvic floor can constrict blood flow and cause pain or dysfunction.
A balanced pelvic floor supports the pudendal nerve, which transmits sensation from the genitals. Chronic tension (from sitting or stress) can compress this nerve, leading to numbness or pain. Training restores both blood flow and nerve conduction.
