The pelvic floor muscles (BC/PC muscles) control blood retention and ejaculation. Strengthening these muscles allows for harder erections and greater control over the timing of orgasm (preventing premature ejaculation).

A balanced pelvic floor supports the pudendal nerve, which transmits sensation from the genitals. Chronic tension (from sitting or stress) can compress this nerve, leading to numbness or pain. Training restores both blood flow and nerve conduction.
