Overview
This compound inhibits the enzyme beta-glucuronidase. This enzyme is produced by gut bacteria and can "un-conjugate" toxins (and estrogen) that the liver has already processed, causing them to be reabsorbed into the blood. It ensures that what is detoxed stays detoxed.
